Gambling blocker for Android phones and tablets
Safezino blocks gambling domains on Android phones and tablets using a local VPN on the device. The goal is to keep casino and betting sites unavailable across normal browsing and app use, while adding time before protection can be removed.
How blocking works on Android phones and tablets
The Android application creates the local filtering connection and reports protection status to the Safezino account.
Requested domains are checked against Safezino’s public claim of more than 380,000 gambling domains. The filtering method is specific to the operating system rather than a single browser.
What happens if you ask to disable it
Safezino accounts support a 24 to 72-hour cooling-off period before deactivation. A trusted contact can also be invited and must accept before receiving alerts.
Limits to understand
A local VPN occupies Android’s VPN slot and may conflict with another VPN. Device settings and manufacturer behaviour can also affect protection.
Safezino is a technical relapse-prevention tool. It does not replace medical care, counselling, financial controls or formal self-exclusion.
Use one account across devices
The current premium product claim is support for up to 10 devices. If more than one device can be used to gamble, each device needs its own compatible protection.
