Gambling blocker for Mac computers

Safezino blocks gambling domains on Mac computers using a native macOS application with system-level DNS filtering. The goal is to keep casino and betting sites unavailable across normal browsing and app use, while adding time before protection can be removed.

How blocking works on Mac computers

The macOS download flow installs the local protection components and connects the device to the Safezino account.

Requested domains are checked against Safezino’s public claim of more than 380,000 gambling domains. The filtering method is specific to the operating system rather than a single browser.

What happens if you ask to disable it

Safezino accounts support a 24 to 72-hour cooling-off period before deactivation. A trusted contact can also be invited and must accept before receiving alerts.

Limits to understand

System-level access is required for installation. Major network or administrator changes can affect any DNS-based blocker.

Safezino is a technical relapse-prevention tool. It does not replace medical care, counselling, financial controls or formal self-exclusion.

Use one account across devices

The current premium product claim is support for up to 10 devices. If more than one device can be used to gamble, each device needs its own compatible protection.
